The Import routine is accessed via the Kerridge Utilities menu within the Fleet System Management module.
This routine provides a shortcut to the Ascii import process available elsewhere in the system. It does, however, only enable existing options to be run; new ascii import options cannot be created here.
The form is split into three areas which are as follows:
In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar provides a number of useful buttons.
This area contains the following two tables:
This table is located to the left of the form and displays a list of previously created Ascii Import reports. The required report should be highlighted/selected with the mouse.
This table displays a list of available companies for which the Ascii import report can be run for example, 01 Company 1 . The required company should be highlighted/selected with the mouse and the OK command button selected. This displays the Import Ascii Data subform .
A number of command buttons are available. Some buttons are context sensitive and are dimmed and only become available dependent upon the particular process that is being accessed. The full list of command buttons is as follows:

Aborts the process and returns to the Kerridge Utilities Menu.
