During the invoicing routine in POS, you are required to select a Repair record type to indicate the category into which the warranty job falls. In the event that new Repair record types are introduced by Ford or changes are made, you must carry out maintenance of these records on the Autoline system.
Standard functionality exists to create a new Repair record type, or to amend or delete existing record types.
