Price File Exclusions

This option displays details of the Price file exclusion list. You may create, amend or delete items from the exclusion list using this option. This option allows you to specifically exclude parts, by discount group, from the best buy price file.

To access the Price file exclusion list form:

1. From the Rev.8 Master Menu, select the Purchase Control Module and the Company you require.

   The PURCHASE CONTROL Menu is displayed.

2. From the PURCHASE CONTROL Menu select the PC MULTI-SOURCE Menu option.

   The PC MULTI-SOURCE Menu is displayed.

3. From the PC MULTI-SOURCE Menu select the Price file exclusion list option.

   The Price file exclusion list form is displayed.

Price File Exclusion List Form

The Price file exclusion list form is displayed when you select the Price file exclusion list option from the PC MULTI-SOURCE Menu.

The following fields may be viewed in either Grid or Column format

Exclusion type: D (to indicate product discount groups being used) or an M (to indicate MLI codes being used)

Exclusion type: An MLI code or a product discount group code that applies, dependant upon the entry of the previous field.
