RTS code: Not used

ICM Link: URL for internet link to web site displaying vehicle details held by Renault

ICM Link contd.: Continuation URL for internet link to web site displaying vehicle details held by Renault

PC directory: Folder on your local computer that holds the XML transfer files. The default C:\CARTECLEF\XML is used if this field is blank. You must create this folder on your computer. Autoline places an empty file READDATA.XML in PC directory. If the key card is a Philips type, which is the main type in use, the program replaces it with a file of the same name with the key card data in it.

PC directory contd.: Continuation folder that holds the XML transfer files. If the key card is a Valeo type, which splits the data between two files named READDATA.XML and READDATA2.XML (respectively), the program places an additional file named READDATA2.XML in PC directory contd.

Update card prompt: If this is set to Y, when invoicing a WIP you can edit the key card details for any Renault car. (Y for yes or N for no.)

ICM default mileage: Always 1000

ICM mileage step: Always 1000

The following rules are used to calculate the mileage used for the ICM Link:

  1. Where mileage is available from key card, that mileage is used.

  2. If mileage is not available from key card, take latest mileage available from the vehicle record in the Marketing/CRM module of Autoline and add the ICM mileage step (10000 miles) per year calculated pro rata from the date of that record mileage. For example, if the mileage was updated six month previously, add 5000 miles.

  3. If no mileage is available at all, take an average of 10000 miles from the registration date of the car.

  4. If there is no mileage available or a reliable date from which to calculate the age of the vehicle, use the ICM default mileage (1000 miles).

Browser location: Folder on the local computer that holds the web browser. For example, C:\ProgramFiles\Netscape\Communicator\Program

Browser program: Filename of the web browser program executable on the local computer. For example, netscape.exe. If this field is blank, Microsoft Internet Explorer is used.
