To access Equipment types:
From the Master Menu, select the Stock management option and Company you require.
The STOCK MANAGEMENT menu is displayed.
Select the Miscellaneous options option and click OK.
The SM MISCELLANEOUS OPTIONS menu is displayed.
Select the Equipment Types option.
The Equipment type master form is displayed.
This form is displayed when you select the Equipment Type option from the SM MISCELLANEOUS OPTIONS menu. From this form you can create and maintain Equipment types for use by the Seasonal Equipment Manager in the Point-of-Sale interface. The usual Autoline Creation, Deletion and Amendment functionality is available from this form.
Tip:When using the Autoline Creation, Deletion and Amendment functionality, it is possible to delete Equipment types, but only if there are no transactions against them. If this is attempted when transactions do exist, an appropriate warning message is displayed and the deletion is prevented.
Equipment Type: Numerical value between 1 - 9999
Tip: A search is available for existing equipment types: click the Ellipsis button
to invoke the search.
Equipment description: Description that is linked to the equipment type displayed.
Equipment Tyre Types: Indicates whether or not the equipment type of tyres is enabled.
Tip: This tick box is unavailable until an Equipment type is selected to amend or a new record is being created.
RTS/Menu Code: RTS code or menu code that loads to the Wip.
Tip: There is no search facility available for this option so a known RTS or menu code must be used (or a new one set up).
To create a record use the usual Autoline Creation, Copy functionality which is available from this form.
To delete a record use the usual Autoline Deletion and Amendment functionality which is available from this form.
