This table is used in conjunction with the Max/Min parameters tables by Volvo dealers in the UK, in order to comply with the Volvo Stock Management Plan. They would not normally be used by any other franchise. Standard functionality exists that allows you to create and maintain records. However, these tables should be set up by or under the guidance of support personnel, and only changed if advised to do so by Volvo UK.
Note: These tables are provided for dealers who DO NOT use the Dealer Stocking Package (DSP) software. If you are running DSP, you do not need to maintain these tables.
To access the max/min mapping table:
The STOCK MANAGEMENT menu is displayed.
Select the System maintenance option and click OK.
The SM SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu is displayed.
Select the Max/min mapping table option.
The Max/Min Mapping Table form is displayed.
The Max/Min Mapping Table form is displayed when you select the Max/min mapping table option from the SM SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu. From this form you can map a discount code to a max/min table.
Discount code: The discount code which may be up to 3 characters in length.
Max/min table number: The table number of the discount code (1-99).
