Locating Your Terminal

A dialog box showing the identification number of the terminal that you are using is displayed when you click System Utilities > MANAGEMENT MENU > Terminal map.

The options on the dialog box are as follows:

OK: Displays the Terminal Details form.

Continue: Displays the Terminal Details form.

Terminal Details Form

The Terminal Details form is displayed when you click System Utilities > MANAGEMENT MENU > Terminal map > OK button in the dialogue box.

Terminal number: Terminal number key.

Terminal type: Terminal type e.g. PC.

Location: Description (up to 30 characters)of where the selected terminal is located.

Group/Department: Group/Department that the selected terminal belongs to.

Default printer: Printer code for the default printer for this terminal.

Local printer: Printer code for the local printer for this terminal.

Start background: This field is now obsolete.

Telephony type: Click the Drop-down to select the required Telephony type installed on your Autoline system.

Buttons:

Exit: Returns you to the Master or Module menu that you are in.

Ad-hoc: Click the Ad-hoc button to construct database queries and display or print the result.
