The RTS Codes Sorted by... form provides direct access to Volvo's own RTS (repair-time schedule) codes file.
Note: RTS codes are normally set up by an Autoline consultant and you should not need to change them.
This form is displayed when you click Volvo UK VSTG menu > RTS file. It enables you to insert, delete, amend, copy and sort standard Repair-Time Schedule (RTS) codes.
Operation: Identifies a Volvo repair operation
Description_1 and Description__2: Type of repair entered on the WIP when you enter a line using this RTS code
Type: Type code, usually supplied by the system
Sub-group: List of options within a group

Section: One of the following:
- Blank: Repair has been assigned a Standard time, supplied by Volvo
- A: Repair has been assigned an Actual time, supplied by the user
- P: Repair has been assigned a Policy time, suggested by Volvo
Labour rate: If this is blank, any labour rate code can be used in Point-of-Sale. If more than one code is entered, the system validates the code entered on the Labour page against this list and warns you if it is not valid. If only one code is used, the system overwrites the code entered on the Labour page with the code entered here. Labour rate codes are created in the Point-of-Sale Miscellaneous options, Labour rates option.
VAT code: A valid VAT code created in Nominal Ledger VAT codes and VAT rates
