To check or amend the Vida parameters:
From the VOLVO UK OPERATIONS menu, select the VIDA option.
The Volvo Vida menu is displayed.
Select the Parameter option.
The VIDA parameter form is displayed.
This form is displayed when you select the Parameter option from the Volvo Vida menu. It enables you to check or amend the Vida parameters.
GRID:
Company number: Number of the Point-of-Sale or daemon company
Socket port: Port to which the Vida daemon is connected (standard is 62045)
Browser port: Port for the outgoing connection (not used yet)
Browser IP address: IP (Internet Protocol) address of the Vida server
Socket timeout msec: Time in milliseconds that Vida waits for the shopping list and shopping list names responses
Purge files after: Number of days after which the saved shopping lists are purged
Default currency: Default currency used for prices if no active currency is found
Default Miletype: Default miletype used for vehicles if no other can be fetched from the vehicle (M for miles or K for kilometres)
