The Vida administrator enables you to start, stop and check the current status of the daemon, and display or print the daemon logfile.
To access the Vida administrator:
From the VOLVO UK OPERATIONS menu, select the VIDA option.
The Volvo Vida menu is displayed.
Select the Administrator option.
The VO VIDA Administrator form is displayed.
This form is displayed when you select the Administrator option from the Volvo Vida menu. It enables you to stop, start and check the status of the daemon, read the daemon logfile, and see which Point-of-Sale operators have opened the Point-of-Sale VIDA menu.

VO VIDA daemon:
Status: Current status of the daemon
GRID:
POS company: Point-of-Sale company
Terminal: Terminal number allocated to the Autoline user on log-in
User ID: Autoline ID of the person using the Vida session
User name: Autoline user's name
POS operator: Point-of-Sale operator
Client PC name: Name identifying the client's personal computer
VIDA Session ID: Same as the Point-of-Sale operator
PUSH BUTTONS:
Daemon: Enables you to stop, start and check the status of the daemon
Log file: Displays the daemon logfile, which can be printed
