The Vida EPC Interface enables you to add a stored parts list to a WIP.
To add a stored parts list:
Use the Vida Administrator to start the daemon.
The daemon status changes to Running.
From the Autoline Master menu, select the Point-of-sale option.
The Point-of-Sale menu is displayed.
Select the Point-of-sale option followed by the Service or the Parts option.
The Point-of-Sale form is displayed.
Select a customer or account and set the franchise in the New Product group box to VO (Volvo).
The EPC button 
is shown.
Click the EPC button.
The Volvo VIDA form is displayed.
Click the Load Parts button.
The Volvo VIDA EPC Interface form is displayed.
This form is displayed when you click Load Parts on the Volvo VIDA form.
Chassis number to EPC: Chassis or registration number entered when parts were selected from the Volvo Vida catalogue
WIP number: Point-of-Sale WIP number if a WIP is loaded, otherwise blank
EPC Input: Name of .csv (comma-separated values) file containing details of parts selected from the Volvo Vida catalogue
Grid:
Part number: Part number of requested part
Description: Description of requested part
Qty: Quantity required
Stock: Total stock quantity of the part
Free: Amount of stock available to sell (usually total stock minus number on back orders minus number on unsaved WIPs)
Bin: Bin location the parts are found in (Multiple if the part's quantity is divided between more than one bin location)
Disc%: Percentage discount to be applied to the part's sale price
Total: Selling price of the part, including discounts, but not including VAT
Load: Select to include this part when loading to the WIP
Total:
Sum of all the individual part totals
PUSH BUTTONS
Load to Wip: Loads any selected parts to the WIP
Cancel: Returns to the Volvo VIDA form
