Note: This program should be run every day and is generally performed as part of a more general function of verifying all files by the system manager when running the End-of -Day.
This program is used to verify that all of the files within the CRM database are intact, and that no corruption has occurred. It is a vital routine to carry out after a hardware or software fault has occurred.
The Verify files form is displayed when you select the Verify files option from the CRM system maintenance menu.
The form has an area on it headed Status. While the option is being run the word processing will appear in the window.
The form has four buttons which are :-
Exit: Returns you to the CRM system maintenance menu.
Help: Displays help on the application in your default company browser.
Verify: Verifies all the CRM data files.
Company: Verifies all the CRM data files for a particular Company.
