Compose message

The compose message form is displayed after selecting the Fax icon from modules areas within Autoline. The modules and Fax options are defined in Print options.

Menu	Icon	Description
File > Fax only		Directly send the document to a Fax recipient.
File > Fax + print		Print the document to the currently selected printer and send a document by Fax.
File > Print		Directly prints the document to the currently selected printer. Alternatively select CTRL + P to print..
Help > Help		Displays this help page. Alternatively, press F1.

To (contact): Defaults the customer's name. This can be manually replaced.

Fax number: Defaults the customer's Fax number. This can be manually replaced.

Subject: Default with the format description and can be amended.

Message: Type a message for the customer that appears in the Fax header.

Note: The Fax only and Fax + print icons are disabled until the To, Fax number and Message sections of the form have been completed.

Email notification of fax status:

Email notification can be sent to the user to confirm a failed or successful transmission. Select either or both of the tick boxes as appropriate.

Email address: Defaults the users e-mail address. This can be manually replaced.
