Checking File Usage Statistics

This option provides you with a report on the state of the files in the Asset Register module and indicates if any are becoming too full.

To access the File Usage Statistics in Asset Register:

1. From the Autoline Master Menu, select the Asset Register option and the Company you require.

   The ASSET REGISTER Main Menu is displayed.

2. Select the System maintenance option.

   The AR SYSTEM MAINTENANCE Menu is displayed.

3. Select the File usage statistics option.

   The File Usage Statistics form is displayed.
