Checking File Usage Statistics

This option provides you with a report on the state of the files in the Purchase Ledger module and indicates if any are becoming too full.

To access the File Usage Statistics form in Purchase Ledger:

1. From the Autoline Master menu select the Purchase Ledger option and the Company you require.

   The PURCHASE LEDGER menu is displayed.

2. Select the System maintenance option

   The PL SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu is displayed.

3. Select the File usage statistics option.

   The File Usage Statistics form is displayed.
