This form is displayed when you select the Motability Details button
next to the Motability field on the Additional Details tab of the Customer Record Maintenance form.
Note: The notepad button icon is displayed in two different forms. If there is a red cross displayed on it this means that no additional motability information has been saved against the record. When the red cross is not present there is additional information saved against the record.
The Motability Details form enables you to maintain additional information about a customer's motability certification. The fields can be amended only if the customer record has been opened in amend mode.
Award Start Date: Date when the customer was awarded his or her motability certificate
Award Authority: Name of the authority that issued the motability certificate
Buttons:
Save: Temporarily retains data entered into the form. If you want to save the information permanently, the customer record must be re-saved.
Cancel: Closes the form without saving any data. In amend mode any changes you have made are cancelled.
