Best Time to Call

The Best time to call option, accessed from the Customer record, allows you to retain details on the most convenient time to call your customer.

Select the customer tab. Click the of the field Preferred contact no. This displays as a if information has been entered into this form.

The Best Time to Call form displays the customer name from the Contact Form and Contact Wizard

Monday    Any-time
Tuesday    Any-time
Wednesday    Any-time
Thursday    Any-time
Friday    Any-time
Saturday    Any-time
Sunday    Any-time

Each day can be set individually. If the form is left blank it is assumed that the customer is happy to be called any time during that day.

Click the phone field. A green tick appears and the time fields are opened for editing the customers specified available times. The times should be 24 hour clock.

Click into the phone field again a red cross will appear and the text Don't call will appear.

To copy the best time to call option to all the fields, enter details in one column right click on the day field and select Copy to all. The data is copied to all days.

PUSH BUTTONS:

OK: Saves any details entered in the best time to call form.

Cancel: Returns you back to the customer record without saving any details.

Help: Displays help on the current application
