To avoid files becoming cluttered with old data, you can use the Housekeeping option to purge old Fastfit Reporting data in accordance with your Housekeeping settings.
To purge old data:
The Fastfit reporting form is displayed.
Select Tools > House keeping on the form's menu bar.
The House Keeping form is displayed.
Check that the dates are correct and click Purge.
All Fastfit Reporting transactions and Fastfit calendar entries earlier than the specified dates are removed. The number of items removed is displayed.
Warning: Please note that the purge operation is irreversible.
This form is displayed when you select Tools > House keeping on the menu bar on the Fastfit reporting form. It enables you to remove old Fastfit Reporting data.
Today's date: Read-only box containing today's date.
All Fastfit Reporting transactions before ... and All Fastfit calendar entries before ...: Reminders of the age limits set in the Housekeeping settings.
Listbox: Displays a record of items purged.
Progress bars: Visual indication of the progress of the purge procedure.

Purge: Permanently removes Fastfit Reporting transactions and calendar entries older than the dates specified.
