Over time, the capture of POS WIP information can take up quite a lot of space. The Housekeeping feature enables you to set the number of days that data should be kept for.
To control data retention:
From the Operations Menu select Fastfit reporting followed by the name of the Point-of-Sale company you require.
The Fastfit Reporting form is displayed.
Click the Fastfit Reporting options button 
on the form's toolbar or select Edit > Options on the menu bar.
The Fastfit Reporting Options form is displayed with the Reporting options tab active.
Select the House keeping tab.
The housekeeping settings are displayed.
If required, amend the number of days for keeping reports and calendar entries, or enter 0 for no data retention, then click Save.
You are returned to the Fastfit Reporting Options form with the housekeeping settings updated.
