The File usage option provides you with a list of all the files within the menu pricing database, and the percentage in-use situation as far as each one is concerned. When you upload and convert menu pricing data, the software automatically extends any files that have exceeded their set warning level, but you can use this program to monitor the situation in between times. Facilities may also be available to your franchise that allow you to extend and initialise files.
