You can send quotes to a customer by e-mail.
To send a quote by e-mail:
Use the Email & SMS Settings Form to define your message template.
The message template is set up.
Click the Email button on the Vauxhall Aftersales Workbench form.
The Email form is displayed.
Complete the form and click Send.
The e-mail message is sent.
Customer name: Name of the customer as defined in a CRM customer record.
Email address: E-mail address of the customer as defined in a CRM customer record (if there is no customer loaded, you can type in an email address).
Subject: Subject of the message.
Message box: Box for the text of your message.
Buttons:
Cancel: Returns you to the Vauxhall Aftersales Workbench form with the e-mail message not sent.
Send: Sends your message to the e-mail address specified.
