If there is a difference between the vehicle data as it was last updated in CRM and the data as it is when you add items to the WIP, you can update the CRM record.
To update a vehicle record:
When you load items onto the WIP using vehicle data different from what it was when the CRM vehicle record was last saved, the Update Vehicle Record form is displayed.
Select the field or fields you want to update.
A tick is displayed in the Update column for the selected field or fields.
Tip: Clicking an already ticked field removes the tick.
Click OK.
The selected fields are updated in the CRM vehicle record.
Field: Identifies the changed vehicle record field.
Before: Old value of the field.
After: Changed value of the field.
Update: A tick in this column indicates that the CRM record for the corresponding field should be updated.
Buttons:
Cancel: Returns you to the Service Point of Sale form without updating the CRM record.
OK: Returns you to the Service Point-of-Sale form with the specified fields of the CRM record updated.
