An acknowledgement history for a specified dealer and commission number can be displayed.
To review an acknowledgement history:
Tip: If you do not yet have the Vehicle Order Acknowledgements form displayed, follow the checking for new order acknowledgements procedure. During that process you set the applicable VS company and dealership, and you load the required acknowledgement file(s).
Select Tools > Search Acknowledgements from the Vehicle Order Acknowledgements form's menu bar or click its Search button on the toolbar.
The Search Acknowledgements form is displayed.
Select the required Dealer code and Acknowledgement no (commission number), and click the Search button.
Tip: Click the Dealer drop-down button 
to select a dealer code. Click the Acknowledgement no (commission number) Ellipsis button ![[...]](Ellipsis.gif){kind=small}
to select an acknowledgement number.
You are returned to the Vehicle Order Acknowledgements form, its grid populated with acknowledgement records for the combination of dealer code and commission number specified by your search criteria regardless of their status. They constitute an acknowledgement history corresponding to stages of vehicle build.
This form is displayed when you select Tools > Search Acknowledgements from the Vehicle Order Acknowledgements form's menu bar or click its Search button 
on the toolbar.
Dealer: Dealer number, which you can select by using the drop-down button
Acknowledgement no: Commission number, which you can select by using the ellipsis button
PUSH BUTTONS:
Search: Returns you to the Vehicle Order Acknowledgements form, its grid populated with acknowledgement records for the specified combination of Dealer code and Acknowledgement no (commission number)
Cancel: Returns you to the Vehicle Order Acknowledgements form
