Warning: Ford REACT requires a significant amount of configuration. It is vitally important that both the GDX company specific parameters and the Ford REACT parameters are set up correctly, as this directly affects the integrity of the data. For this reason, they should be set up by the dealer or by a consultant.
Note: Most of the GDX parameters are filled in for you and cannot be modified.
To view and edit GDX parameters:
From the FORD OPERATIONS MENU select the REACT extract option and a POS company if prompted.
The Ford REACT extract form is displayed.
From the File menu select the Parameters option or click the 
Edit parameters button.
The GDX Company Specific Parameters form is displayed.
This form is displayed when you select File > Parameters from the menu bar on the Ford REACT extract form, or click the form's Edit parameters button. It enables you to view and edit the GDX parameters.
GDX type: Describes the GDX type.
Description: Describes the export (not modifiable).
Comments: Brief comments about the export, or may be left blank.
Export directory: Directory where the exported file will be put (not modifiable).
Export filename: Filename for the export (not modifiable).
File match string: Filename for the export, with file extension (not modifiable).
Format: ASCII (not modifiable).
Export write mode: Overwrite (not modifiable).
Transfer type: GFT type, selectable from an ellipsis button.
Default date flag: Not used.
Backdata days: Not used.
POS companies: Point-of-Sale companies to be included in the extract.
VSB companies: Vehicle Stockbook companies to be included in the extract.
Note: The values for these two fields should be entered without spaces or separators. For example, 010203 would include data from companies 01, 02 and 03.
Buttons:
Cancel: Returns you to the Ford REACT extract form, with any changes abandoned.
Save: Returns you to the Ford REACT extract form, with any changes saved.
