Warning: Ford REACT requires a significant amount of configuration. It is vitally important that its parameters are set up correctly as this directly affects the integrity of the data. For this reason, they should be set up by the dealer or by a consultant.
Note: Most of the GDX parameters are filled in for you and cannot be modified.
To view GDX parameters:
From the Autoline Master menu, select the Manufacturer systems option and the appropriate Company (FO Ford), and click OK.
The Ford Operations menu is displayed.
Select the REACT extract option and a POS company if prompted, and click OK.
The Ford React form is displayed.
From the File menu select the Parameters option.
The GDX Company Specific Parameters form is displayed.
This form is displayed when you select the Parameters option from the File menu on the Ford React form.
GDX type: Describes GDX type (not modifiable)
Description: Describes Export (not modifiable)
Definition Tab:
Comments: Brief comments about export (may be left blank)
Export directory: Directory where the exported file will be put (not modifiable)
Export filename: Filename for the export (not modifiable)
File match string: react (not modifiable)
Format: ASCII (not modifiable)
Export write mode: Overwrite (not modifiable)
Transfer type: GFT type

Default date flag: (not used)
Backdata days: (not used)
Company parameters Tab:
POS companies: POS companies to be included in the extract
VSB companies: VSB companies to be included in the extract
Note: The values for these two fields should be entered without spaces or separators; for example, 010203 would include data from companies 01, 02 and 03
