Apart from the initial set-up and parameter changes, you should not need to run REACT yourself as the software runs automatically on a daily basis. However, it may be sometimes necessary to re-send a previous extract. It is important to note that the daily extract will send transactions for the previous day's trading (yesterday) not the current day (today).
Once the extract has completed, the file will automatically be sent to the Ford BCM gateway where it will be picked up and processed.
To use the Ford REACT system:
From the Autoline Master menu, select the Manufacturer systems option and FO Ford, then click OK.
The Ford Operations menu is displayed.
