Each time a menu pricing data conversion is performed, the current data is automatically backed up. The upload (import) backs up the current source (raw) data into a sub directory, the conversion backs up the current live menu pricing data into a sub directory. In the event of a problem with the upload/conversion, you can restore the latest backup of the menu pricing data, if required. You can also manually back up menu pricing data outside the times that the data conversion is normally performed.
Each time a backup or restore is performed, log files are produced, which you can view.
