This form is displayed when you select the View payment details option from the shortcut menu on the Payment details grid of the Ford GWE Claim Payments form. It shows the total value of the claim and element sub totals.
Claim number: Identifies the claim record
Element: Component of the claim record, for example Labour, Parts, Sublet, or Handling
Value: The amount claimed for that element
Subtotal: Total Value claimed in the elements displayed
Standard Rate: Standard VAT percentage
Note: Depending on the parameters set, your system may show a VAT component other than Standard Rate.
VAT amount: Value added tax applied to the claim
Total: Sum of Subtotal and VAT amount
