Ford has defined a list of payment and charge types that must be mapped to POS sale types. The descriptions are the same as the customer class codes, but only a single-character code is used. Therefore the mappings already set up cannot be used.
To map POS sale types:
From the Tools menu on the Ford REACT extract form select the REACT parameters... option or click the 
parameters button.
The Ford REACT Options form is displayed.
Select the POS sale types tab and double-click the row corresponding to the POS sale type to be mapped.
The POS Sale Type Mapping form is displayed.
This form is displayed when you double-click a row in the grid on the POS sale types tab on the Ford REACT Options form. It enables you to map POS sale types used in Autoline to the appropriate Ford sale types.
Description: Describes a sale type.
Ford code: Ford's single-character code for the sale type.
DMS code: Identifies an Autoline DMS code.
Buttons:
Cancel: Returns you to the Ford REACT Options form, cancelling your mapping.
OK: Returns you to the Ford REACT Options form, saving your mapping.
