You can view the details of any SADE extract.
To view extract details:
From the General Motors Group Operations Menu select the SADE extract option followed by the Point-of-Sale company you require.
The General Motors Group SADE form is displayed.
Select the extract whose details you want to view and either select Tools > View details or click the View toolbar button 
or right-click the extract and select View Extract details from the pop-up menu.
The SADE Extract Details form is displayed.
Extract details:
Extract number: Consecutive number of the extract.
Created by: ID of the user who created the extract.
Creation date: Date when the extract was created.
Creation time: Time when the extract was created.
Extract Content:
Start date: Earliest date covered by the extract.
End date: Latest date covered by the extract.
Build type: Always D Dealer.
Creation mode: Either M (Manual) or A (Automatic).
Dealer code: Dealer code for this extract.
Labour invoices: Number of labour invoices in the extract.
Parts invoices: Number of parts invoices in the extract.
Transmission details:
Date sent: Date extract sent to GM Exchange.
Time sent: Time extract sent to GM Exchange.
Sender: Identity of the sender of the extract.
Extract file name:
Extract filename within SADE.
Buttons:
Close: Returns you to the General Motors Group SADE form.
View extract file: Displays the selected extract itself.
