To amend franchise parameters:
On the Parts Replenisher Parameters form, click Open...
If your system includes more than one Purchase Control company, a Select Purchase Control Company form is displayed containing a list of companies, from which you must select one.
The form is populated with the parameters applicable to your Purchase Control company.
Click Amend.
The fields become editable and the Save and Cancel buttons become enabled.
If you want to amend franchise letters included in the sales data extract, on the Franchises tab, click the Ellipsis button ![[...]](Ellipsis.gif){kind=small}
in the left-hand column field that you want to amend.
A Select option from menu form is displayed containing a list of franchise letters from which you must select one.
Note: Click an item in the list to enable the OK button. One list item is highlighted by default, but it is not actually selected.
You are returned to the Parts Replenisher Parameters form, with the franchise letter amended.
If you want to amend the MS franchise codes of the module included in the sales data extract, on the Franchises tab, click the Ellipsis button in the right-hand column field that you want to amend.
A Select option from menu form is displayed containing a list of franchise codes from which you must select one.
You are returned to the Parts Replenisher Parameters form, with the franchise code amended.
Click Save.
Your changes are stored and the Save and Cancel buttons are made inactive.
This tab is part of the Parts Replenisher Parameters form. It enables you to set up franchise information.
Left-hand column: The extract includes parts with any of the franchise letters listed here. The reason for this is that some companies may have more than one franchise letter pointing at the Vauxhall price file. These should all be listed here, unless the dealer states otherwise.
Right-hand column: GM (for GM Vauxhall) only. Causes the extract to search the Vauxhall parts log file.
