This form is displayed when you select the View payment details option from the shortcut menu of the grid on the Payment details tab on the General Motors Warranty Claim Payments form. It displays the total value of the claim and element subtotals.
Claim number: Identifies the claim record
Values:
Element: Component of the claim record, for example Labour, Parts or Net items
Value: Amount claimed for that element
Subtotal: Total Value claimed in the elements displayed
Standard Rate: Standard VAT percentage
Note: Depending on the parameters set, your system may show a VAT component other than Standard Rate.
VAT amount: Value added tax applied to the claim
Total: Sum of Subtotal and VAT amount
Feedback text: Contains free-text comments from the GM warranty department to the warranty clerk at the dealership, giving actions that need to be taken in order to progress or correct a claim, or reasons why a particular item is not fully paid or rejected
