After you have selected an operation, a check is made to see if any promotions exist on the GME database for the selected operation. If they do, a Select Promotion form is displayed, from which you can select a promotion. If required, you can change your selection of price at the negotiation stage.
A grid is displayed with the following columns:
Description: A description of the price:
Note: The Default selling price is the retail price, including any discounts and labour rates from the Sales Ledger, excluding any surcharge credits that you have chosen to create.
Price: The total fixed price including VAT.
PUSH BUTTONS
OK: Applies the selected price to the menu.
Cancel: Cancels your selection and returns you to the Vauxhall GME Menu Pricing Negotiation form.
Click the Prices button on the Vauxhall GME Menu Pricing Negotiation form.
Note: The Prices button is only enabled if a promotion is selected via the Vauxhall GME Menu Pricing interface in Point-of-Sale.
Select the price that you want to use.
Click OK.
