Vehicle Order Acknowledgements Actions

Several actions can be carried out on the Vehicle Order Acknowledgements form, and most involve ticking/unticking grid lines' check boxes then clicking an action button (Hold, Update, or Clear). The button acts on only those acknowledgement records whose grid lines are selected (ticked).

What do you want to do?

Daily tasks:

• Check for new order acknowledgements

• Update VSB with order acknowledgements

• Review exceptions raised during VSB update

• Maintain acknowledgements on hold

Occasional tasks:

• Prevent acknowledgements from updating VSB by placing them On hold

• Clear obsolete acknowledgements

• View or print a standard report

• Display an acknowledgement's contents

• Find Acknowledgements

• Attach an order to a stock record
