Generating a Service Schedule Extract

When you generate a service schedule extract, the system collates the data into one file and exports it to the location identified in the parameters.

To generate an extract:

1. From the DAF TRUCKS OPERATIONS menu, select the Service schedule extract option.

   The system prompts you to select the Point-of-Sale (SO) company.

2. Select the SO Company.

   The DAF Trucks Service schedule extract form is displayed.

3. Select the Export File option.

   The following message is displayed:

   Exit Generate-export

4. Select the Generate-export option.

   The system prompts you to enter the Company number and Vehicle status.

5. Enter the Company number, Vehicle status and click OK.

   The following message sequence is displayed:

   Transmitting data

   Updating GDX parameters

   A dialog box is displayed with the following message:

   Extract Complete

6. Click OK.

   The system returns you to the DAF Trucks Service schedule extract form.
