DAF TRUCKS OPERATIONS

The DAF TRUCKS OPERATIONS menu is displayed when you select the Manufacturer systems option and LD company from the Master Menu.

Parts price file menu: Allows you to upload and maintain master price and supersession files, update the stock file from the price file, and build a supersession chain from the master price file. This is normally set up as a priority 5 option.

Menu pricing: Allows you to upload and convert menu pricing data, carry out fluid mapping, set up job group defaults and view details about the current release of data. This is normally set up as a priority 5 option.

Recall campaigns: Allows you update campaign data, display and maintain campaigns. This is normally set up as a priority 5 option.

MACAS codes: Allows you to upload DAF Trucks MACAS codes, texts and times to the Autoline system, carry out maintenance of labour time records, and set up model groups to identify which time slot to use for a MACAS code. This is normally set up as a priority 5 option.

Contract Pricing: DAF have made special parts pricing arrangements with a number of nation-wide customers. Contract price file data is issued on diskette by DAF direct to the customers involved in this arrangement. To support the agreed prices within the Kerridge Autoline system, the data must be loaded into the Contract Pricing software within Point-of-Sale using the Contract Pricing interface.

Single Point Invoicing: Allows you to send invoices for fleet vehicles in daily batches to DAF trucks. DAF can then produce a single monthly invoice to send to the customer.

Sales Analysis menu: Allows you to generate parts sales analysis reports for use in DAF Trucks dealerships.

Parts Invoice Verification: Mostly automates the process of registering and verifying purchase invoices. This is normally set up as a Priority 5 option.

Service Schedule extract: Allows you to generate service schedule information for Marketing to CSV file to export.

EPC: Allows you to import a picking list from RAPIDO EPC into Autoline.

Franchise Data menu: Allows you to update the franchise data module in the Autoline System.

Recall campaigns: Provides a method of checking in POS if the vehicle is subject to any outstanding recalls and presents the user with a facility to load the recall detail onto the WIP.

General utilities: Gives you access to the standard MS Utilities. This is normally set up as a priority 8 option.
