Generating a CSI Extract

The following routine allows you to generate a CSI extract file for a required date range and print a report.

To generate a CSI extract and print a report:

1. From the RENAULT OPERATIONS menu, select the Customer satisfaction export option.

   The system prompts you for the Point-of-Sale (SO) company.

2. Select the SO company.

   The Renault CSI extract form is displayed.

3. Enter a start date for the CSI extract and press the TAB key.

4. Enter a finish date for the CSI extract and press the TAB key.

5. Click the Generate button.

   The system compiles details from the service history records between the specified date range. A dialog box is displayed with a list of registration numbers and marketing target contact names.

6. Toggle off any targets that you do not want to include in the CSI extract and click the OK button.

   The system creates a file in the location specified within the Transfer directory of the Renault parameters and controls, confirms the number of records read and the number within the date range, and writes the extract.

7. Click the OK button.

   You are returned to the RENAULT OPERATIONS menu and the report is printed.
