The Renault CSI extract form is displayed when you select the Customer Satisfaction export option from the RENAULT OPERATIONS menu.
From: Enter a start date for the CSI extract.
To: Enter a finish date for the CSI extract.
PUSH BUTTONS
Generate: This option reads the service history file, compiles the required data for all jobs carried out between the specified dates for the selected company and prints a report. It ignores all warranty or internal jobs, and only extracts details for work that has begun, not for pre-booked jobs.
Cancel: Returns you to the RENAULT OPERATIONS menu.
Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser.
