WIPs/Invoices Available for Warranty Claim Creation Form

The WIP/Invoices Available form is displayed when you use the New, Auto-create or WIP list option from the File menu to create a warranty claim. This form displays a list of available WIPS from which you can create a claim.

WIP no: The work-in-progress number created in Point-of-Sale (POS).

Invoice no: The invoice number generated in POS.

Registration no: The vehicle registration number, taken from the POS.

Warranty types

• Vehicle: Vehicle Warranty

• Free service: Not currently used.

• Parts: Parts Warranty

• QB: Quality Bulletin (Recall Campaigns)

PUSH BUTTONS

OK: Defaults details from the WIP into the Volvo UK Warranty Claims form.

Cancel: Returns you to the Volvo UK Warranty Claims form.

Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser.
