This function provides a list of the parts based upon there identified category, if there are more than 100 parts within the list a random sample of the parts will be initially displayed, the Show all button provides access to view all parts

This form is displayed when you click Stock Management > Miscellaneous options.> Stock Profiling > Double click a cell highlighted in Red.

Part number: Displays the part number.
Description: Display of the part description.
Bin: Displays the Bin location of the part.
Raised: Displays the date the part record was created.
Purchased: Display of the date the part was last purchased.
Cost: Displays the cost of the part.
Annual: Displays the total movement of this part including this period and the previous 12 full periods.
Obsolete: Displays the quantity of movement in the last N periods, as defined in Preferences.
Last: Displays the period in which this part last moved.
N/S: Displays the Non-stock flag (Y / N).
Cat: Displays the parts reorder category.
Minimum: Displays the parts minimum stocking quantity.
Maximum: Displays the parts maximum stocking quantity
Stock: Displays the parts current stock quantity.
Value: Display of the total stock value (TOTALQTY) times average cost (AVGCOST).
Double clicking a part within the part column activates a display of the Stock card.
Clicking a column heading activates a sort of the displayed information into ascending order.
Clicking the column heading again activates a sort of the displayed information into de-sending order.
Clicking the Show All toolbar button redisplay's the Parts list form containing all available parts.
