This form is displayed when you click the process button on the Authorise journals form. The Journal Details form is used to review and approve the journals which requires authorisation. With this form the user will be able to authorise the journal, place journal on hold, stop the journal or refer the journal to another user for authorisation.
Reference: This is the reference of the selected journal to be processed. This field is not editable.
Total journal lines: The number of lines on the journal to be processed. This field is not editable.
IR text: Enter additional information or reasons for the processing of this journal. The text of this field will change according to the option selected:
Authorise: Additional text.
Stop journal: Withheld text.
Refer: Referal reason.
Hold: Withheld text.
Authorised signatories grid:
Num: Number of the grid line.
UserID: User id of the users required to authorised the journal.
Authorised: Status of the userid action.
H: This journal has been flagged as on hold.
N: This journal has been flagged as stopped.
R: This journal has been referred to/from another user.
P: This journal has been successfully authorised by the assigned user.
Date: The date the journal has been processed by the assigned user.
Save: Save the new status of the journal.
Administrator: Select this option to open the Administrator form.
View: Select this option to review the journal to be processed.
Authorise: Select this option to authorise the journal.
Stop journal: Select this option to stop the journal from being processed.
Refer: Select this option to refer the journal to another user for authorisation.
Hold: Select this option to put the journal on hold.
Undo: Select this option to undo the Hold or Stop journal statuses.
