This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer Specific > X4. Generic - CRM > Generic CRM parameters and you browse to + CRM parameters > + Data Protection Parameters > X4 on the Project parameters browser to display the Data Protection Parameters form and you select the Statuses tab, right-click the Data Protection Statuses Grid shortcut menu and click Amend. It maintains the Status details.

Field:
Agreement status: Displays the status code.
A: Agreed, the customer/company has agreed to opt-in on all channels.
D: Denied, the customer/company has declined to opt-in on all channels.
P: Partially agreed, the customer/company has only agreed to opt-in on some channels.
U: Unknown, the customer/company is not asked (yet) to opt-in to any channels.
X: About to expire - agreed, the customer/company has agreed to opt-in on all channels, but one or more agreements are about to expire.
Y: About to expire - partial, the customer/company has only agreed to opt-in on some channels, but one or more agreements are about to expire.
Description: Enter the description of the status code.
Status level: Status codes are used on channel (base level) and on agreement level (compound level). Select to restrict the use of a status code.
B - Base level: Status code is used on channel level.
C - Compound level: Only applicable on agreement level if the consent to the channels of an agreement is only P - Partially agreed.
X - Warning & base level: Status code is used on channel level. The warning relates to Valid to field of a statement and parameter Days to indicate the expiry date. If a statement reaches the validity date the warning level of a status is used which display a special warning icon.
Y - Warning & compound level: Only applicable on agreement level if the consent to the channels of an agreement is only P - Partially agreed. The warning relates to Valid to field of a statement and parameter Days to indicate the expiry date. If a statement reaches the validity date the warning level of a status is used which display a special warning icon.
