This is a high access/priority level option on the Miscellaneous menu which re-prints all of the Daybooks on the system. It will not print Daybooks which have not yet been printed using the Print daybook option or the Print all daybooks option.
To start a Central reprint of daybooks:
Select Miscellaneous options option.
Ensure that a suitable printer is selected, by clicking on the Change button, and check that it is on line.
Select Central reprint of NL daybooks option.
The Central Reprint of Daybooks form is displayed.
This option will reprint all daybooks that have previously been printed in either immediate mode or from the module menu. Central reprint of NL daybooks is usually run within the End-of-Day routines.
Note: Daybooks will not be available for a central reprint once the option Clear processed batches has been run and these transactions have been cleared.
BUTTONS
Re-print: Autoline will reprint all daybooks, retaining their original daybook number. The daybooks that have been centrally reprinted will be flagged as "C" as far as daybook log status is concerned.
Exit: Returns you to the Miscellaneous options menu.
Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser.
