This report produces a detailed analysis by daybook number of all the VAT codes, statistics and actual VAT values for the daybooks within the current period. The report is sorted by VAT code.
This report is useful to support the statistics and VAT values entered on your VAT return as it provides a detailed audit trail back to individual daybooks.
To Print a Current period log report:
From the Autoline master menu select the Nominal Ledger option and the company you require.
Select the VAT options option.
Select the Current Period Log report option.
The NL VAT End of Period Report form is displayed.
BUTTONS
OK: Produces a report immediately. A printer must be available and on line.
Note: If at any time you wish to cancel this process, then you may do so by pressing the Escape key.
Cancel: Returns to the NL VAT menu.
Help: Displays help on the current application in your default company browser.
Done: Returns you to the NL VAT menu.
Note: The Done button is only available to you after you have run the report.
