Current Period Summary Report

This report produces an analysis of all the VAT codes together with the associated input and output statistics and actual VAT values for the current period. It is, in effect, the necessary detail required for your VAT return.

To produce a current period Summary report:

1. From the Autoline master menu select the Nominal Ledger option and the company you require.

2. Select the VAT options option.

3. Select the Current period summary report option.

4. The NL VAT End of Period Report form is displayed.

BUTTONS

OK: Produces a report immediately. A printer must be available and on line.

Note: If at any time you wish to cancel this process, then you may do so by pressing the Escape key.

Cancel: Returns to the NL VAT menu.

Help: Displays help on the current application in your default company browser.

Done: Returns you to the NL VAT menu.

Note: The Done button is only available to you after you have run the report.
