Selecting the Text tab enables you to review the text record that can be stored against each account. This feature allows users carrying out credit control to note points for the attention of their colleagues. Depending on your priority, you may be able to edit this text. There are up to 7 lines of 70 characters available, but bear in mind when a new line is input on the bottom, one of the other lines must be deleted to free up the space for the next line.
Note: The Edit function within these notes is controlled by a system parameter.
BUTTONS:
Edit: Click the Edit button to edit the notes.
Save: When you have finished editing, click the Save button.
Cancel: Click the Cancel button if you want to leave the edit mode without saving any changes you have made.
