To rebuild the age analysis:
From the Autoline Master menu select the Purchase Ledger option and the Company you require.
The PURCHASE LEDGER menu is displayed.
Select the System maintenance option.
The PL SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu is displayed.
Select the Rebuild age analysis option.
The Rebuild Creditors Age Analysis form is displayed.
The Rebuild Creditors Age Analysis form is displayed when the Rebuild age analysis option is selected from the PL SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu.
BUTTONS:
OK: Click this button to proceed.
Cancel: Click this button to quit the report and return to the PL SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu.
Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser.
