This report prints all variant descriptions as set up in variant mapping, consisting of the following fields:
Henley ID
Product/variant code
Original description
Truncated description
Warning: This can be a lengthy report. Therefore it is advised that, unless the report is required immediately, it is printed to the spooler. The report can then be viewed and printed at a later date.
To print a Henley variant descriptions report:
From the Rev.8 Master Menu, select the Franchise data option and the Company required.
The FRANCHISE DATA menu is displayed.
Select the Data import option.
The DATA IMPORTS menu is displayed.
Select the David Henley option.
The David Henley Pricebook menu is displayed.
Select the Henley variant descriptions option.
The DH: Truncated variant desc (DD) - VSB Data form is displayed.
Click OK.
The Henley variant descriptions report is printed.
Click Close.
You are returned to the DH: Truncated variant desc (DD) - VSB Data form.
Click Cancel.
You are returned to the David Henley Pricebook menu.
This form is displayed when you select the Henley variant descriptions option from the David Henley Pricebook menu.
PUSH BUTTONS:
OK: Prints the Henley variant descriptions report to the currently selected printer
Cancel: Returns you to the David Henley Pricebook menu without printing the Henley variant descriptions report
Help: Displays help on the current program using the default browser
Schedule: Displays the Timed Operations scheduler
Add to batch: Displays an Add report to batch form in which a report may be batched for printing in a report group
