Displaying Options by Variant

You can see all the Factory options and Colour/trim combinations built from the David Henley Data, by variant.

The report consist of the following fields:

• Option code

• Option description

• Type

• List price

• Colour

• Trim

To display all options by variant:

1. From the Rev.8 Master Menu, select the Franchise data option and the Company required.

   The FRANCHISE DATA menu is displayed.

2. Select the Data import option.

   The DATA IMPORTS menu is displayed.

3. Select the David Henley option.

   The David Henley Pricebook menu is displayed.

4. Select the Display options by variant option.

   The DHS options for a variant - VSB Data form is displayed.

5. Complete the form and click OK.

   The options are displayed by variant.

6. Click Close.

   You are returned to the DHS options for a variant - VSB Data form.

7. Click Cancel.

   You are returned to the David Henley Pricebook menu.

DHS Options for a Variant - VSB Data Form

This form is displayed when you select the Display options by variant option from the David Henley Pricebook menu.

First Henley code: Code in the David Henley file (for instance PE001178) that you want to start the report at (leave blank to display all codes)

Last Henley code: Code in the David Henley file at which you want to end the report (for instance PE001178)

PUSH BUTTONS:

OK: Runs the report, which displays all the records that are available and (at the bottom of the report) gives details of the number of records Read, Printed, Updated and Failed

Cancel: Returns you to the David Henley Pricebook menu without running the Display options by variants program

Help: Displays help on the current program using the default browser

Schedule: Displays the Timed Operations scheduler

Add to batch: Displays an Add report to batch form in which a report may be batched for printing in a report group
