Overdue Contact Report

This report is a printed list of all overdue contacts and provides the following information:

To produce an overdue contact report:

Note: Ensure that a suitable printer is selected and is on-line.

  1. From the Rev.8 Master Menu, select the CRM option and the Company required.

    The CRM menu is displayed.

  2. Select the Reports and enquiries option.

    The CRM REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu is displayed.

  3. Select the Overdue contact report option.

    The Customer-driven Overdue contact (MK) form is displayed.

  4. Complete the form and click OK.

    A report status is displayed, and the report is printed to the currently selected printer.

  5. Click Close.

    You are returned to the CRM REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu.

Customer-Driven Overdue Contact (MK) Form

This form is displayed when you select the Overdue contact report option from the CRM REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu.

Branch required (BLANK=ALL): Enter either a branch code or leave blank for all branches to be included.

Department required (BLANK=ALL): Enter either a department code or leave blank for all departments to be included.

Sales exec required (BLANK=ALL): Enter either a sales executive's code or leave blank for all executives to be included.

Input cut-off date BLANK=Y'DAY: Enter either a date to report up to or leave blank to report up to yesterday. Clicking the Ellipsis button provides a date search facility.

PUSH BUTTONS:

OK: Prints the report to the currently selected printer

Cancel: Returns you to the CRM REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu

Help: Displays help on the current program using the default browser

Schedule: Displays the Timed Operations scheduler

Add to batch: Displays an Add report to batch form in which a report may be batched for printing in a report group
